The Sharepoint Users of Indiana
is Indiana's first Sharepoint Users Group. It is also (as far as we
know) the first user group in the Midwest area focused solely on
Sharepoint Technologies. The group is just being founded (January 2005)
but promises to be an exciting group for those interested in learning
more about the Sharepoint platform. For more information, visit http://www.spindiana.com. For questions or inquiries, please e-mail info@spindiana.com.

The Indianapolis Computer Society (ICS)
is an independent non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is open to
anyone who is interested in computers, from the first-time user, to the
seasoned professional.
The ICS is not affiliated with any business. Our
purpose is to serve as a literary, scientific and educational
organization devoted to the enhancement of computer literacy.
Our general meetings occur on the second Tuesday of
every month excluding December. Meetings are held at North Central High
School Auditorium at 6:00, with Special Interest Groups meeting in the
classrooms starting at 8:00. At general meetings we have a technology
presentation from various I.T. leaders in the state of Indiana and
around the world. We also have a computer vendor exhibits where ICS
members can get great members-only deals on computer hardware,
software, service and training. Prior to the main presentation, there
is a half hour "Stump the Experts" session where you can come and get
your computer questions answered. In December is our annual swap meet,
where members bring a great deal of computer peripherals, books, and
more and sell it to attendees while a technology panel discusses issues
and prizes are given away. |

The Northeast Computer Club
is dedicated to having fun with computers! If you're looking for the
answer to "How do I deploy Active Directory in my enterprise?", we're
not the club for you. However, if you want to learn more about your
computer or just want to talk to other computer enthusiasts, we'd love
to see you.
We're a small, informal group. The
advantage of this is that we're not tied to a particular agenda. If
someone has a computer problem or question for the group, we're likely
to help that person immediately.
Our monthly meetings are at the House of Cheung located at 2460 E. 71st St., Indianapolis IN 46220.
Basically, that’s very near the corner of 71st and Keystone Ave.
(directions) on the Northeast side of Indy. We meet on the third
Wednesday of every month starting at 6:00PM. Actually, the eating
starts around 6:00. We usually start the meeting sometime after that. |
